MY THIRD AND LAST ENTRY OF TP!!! (Advanced English II)

Hello ladies and gentlemen, finally!!, I did my last practice of this amazing subject and to be honest I enjoyed teaching people who are where I was some years ago. I had a lot of fun and I feel so glad I made it. I never thought about teaching a foreing language, but here I am, writing about what I've done during 6 months.

Let me tell you guys that in my last class I decided to give a present to the students, and I'm taling about cookies and candies!!, they obviously appreciated the time I used to teach a little bit fo what I know so far about English. Grammar, spelling, speaking, pronunciation and enthusiasm were involved together with practice about modals of speculation which is something I like!. In other words I love English, and I want you to think the same as I do.

There was a big help from teacher Walter, and let me tell you guys that I feel so proud of myself because in Unit 7 of the Advanced English book, the teacher was supossed to have the students practicing the topics that were on it. So my surprise was that I made the teacher's job because he was dealing with the TOIEC's activity.

I want to appreciate teacher Cristian and you guys for comenting on my experiences about teaching, God Bless You all!! and let me share a great and inspirational song to you guys!! Never give up!

My Second Advanced English II teaching experience.

Hello classmates, let me introduce to you my second teaching experience, in this case as you were told, in Advanced English II. I'd like to tell you that I'm doing a great job in advanced English, and the reason is because I am teaching exactly the topics I loved when I was taking this subject. The topics are compound nouns and complex sentences, and in this case I was told to divide the class in two parts, grammar and practice.

Everything was great because I had the oportunity to teach what I learned from previous classes, and I enjoyed the part when I had to introduce a new topic to the students because I was commanded by the teacher to make the whole unit mine. This means that I started a new topic they didn't know and the most outstanding thing was that they learned. I know you guys know how it feels when you see your students learning from you.

At this moment I think that I have to be proud of myself because I've reached a great level in the major. The same as you guys, we all are about to finish a become professionals, but always with our feet on the ground!!. Blessings!!

My First English Advance II Teaching Experience.

Hi ladies and gentlemen hope you're doing great, in this ocassion let me tell you about how I felt during my first teaching experience in an Advanced level. Everything went as I expected because I always said that teaching advanced learners makes your job easier, this means they already know about participation, enthusiasm and colaboration with the teacher. Those things help a lot to a teacher and let you feel comfortable when teaching your class.

At the beginning  I obviously felt nervous, but before the class started I took advantage of time an I started to have a short conversation with the teacher, that helped me a lot and I felt comoftable. I had the luck to teach "Complex Sentences" which is and easy topic in my opinion, and I could notice that they had already taken a short explanation about what they mean. Everyone was participating and that feels great, it means that I was doing a good job.

Let me tell you guys that I really like this group, maybe because they are very enthusiastic and they like to participate, I hope in next class to have the same luck as in the first one. Blessings!!

3rd Teaching experience

Hi guys!, hope you're doing good!. Let me tell you that I'm very satisfied because I already finished my three classes in the basic English level. I did a great job, and I know they learned what I explained. During my experience over there I could notice a lot of studentswho didn'tcare about learning, but with the help of a variety of activities we've learned throughtout the major, we now know that everything is worth if we have patience.

I made friends and also I had the help of the teacher who behaved very kind with me, I taught topics that I never thought to teach, especially the frequency adverbs. Everything was so good that I even received a clap in every class I taught hehe. I hope you guys are doing the same with your groups because they depend on you even if you don't notice.

It's great to say that I'm glad to tell my experiences to all of you guys. I expect your coments and I hope you have a wonderful week!. Blessings

My 2nd teaching experience

Hi guys!!, let me tell you that I'm so glad to be writing my second teaching experience because I did my best and this time I got good results. I taught the frequency adverbs to basic learners, and everething went as I expected. Students were participating and laughing at the same time because I made some activities to have fun in the classroom. One of them was "spell the word" and the winners got a price.

Everyone was getting what I was teaching, and the teacher looked satisfied with my job. I felt confident and I    had good results, they even told me that they enjoyed the class I taught and to be honest guys, that feels great!!. Being a teacher has its advantages because when you are told those kind of comments by students, you automatically know that you did a great job.

My second experience with basic learnes was great, and I expect to increase that enthusiasm in students to continue giving their effort in the major. Let me wish you guys a nice vacation and enjoy them!!, blessings!.

My first Basic English experience.

Hey guys, to begin let me salute you and I  hope you're doing good on your other subjects, in this case, doing the role of a teacher. Well, this was my very first teaching experience with basic learners, and even though the subject is called "basic" I want to tell you that this was one of my hardest activities to perform during my major.

I had presentations, role plays, of course they were not easy, and I include this as one of the hardest moments I've had during my major. When I entered the classroom, I felt really nervous and I started to have those feelings of hesitation again.Teacher Karen De Orellana is my tutor, and let me tell you that if she was not there, I might have gotten a heart attack haha!!. No really, I felt nervous because I thought things wouldn't be working well, but I started the class, and thank God they were participating.

I had problems with the book because I was teaching Time Telling, and I was supossed to already have the answers of the activities done. Teacher Karen understood my problem and she somehow told me how to avoid the problem before starting the class.

Thank God I threw away my nervousness I turned into a teacher again!. Things went well and I hope not to have the same feelings in next class!.

3rd Learning experience

Hi people!!, finally I did it!, I finished my three first teaching expierences, and let me tell you that I feel proud of myself because I've done a great job, especially in my last class of period number one.

Things went well, even though students started to feel comfortable for the reason that practitioners were starting their class, I mean they were coming late and were behaving  with a careless mood, but that was not the purpose of my intentions. Let me tell you people that I threw away those thoughts and I started my class with an straight mood.

I made a PDP Framework about Simple present and Past continouos progressive. At this moment they already knew what I was teaching about, and thank God they understood, and with a PDP framework things got easier, in addition that is a great techique to teach a lot of topics, by the way, mine was based on a reading, and things worked out well.

Finally, I can say that I feel happy and the most important thing is that I earned confidence in order to teach more levels next time, hope you mates feel the same!, Blessings!!
